Hello

Is is possible to enter a working experience into SPSS using year and month? I am entering data about working experience. For example, working experience 7 years and 3 months. How do I enter that into SPSS?

If it is reported as years and months, enter it as two numeric variables, years and months. If you need a single variable for some analysis, compute it. E.g., to compute months of experience:

COMPUTE MonthsExp = years*12 + months.
