SPSS Linear Regression Blocking

I am trying to block the following models in SPSS. I have Model A blocked with the following because they are occurring simultaneously.

In the event my image does not upload.
Model A Model B (Has down arrow from x3-x4)
x1->X3 x1->X3
-> X5 -> Y / -> X5 -> Y
X2->X4 X2->X4


Model A: DV-Sat Block 1 (x1, x2), Block 2 (x3, x4), Block 3 (x5)

I am having a difficult time blocking Model B since x3 leads to x4

Model B: DV-Sat Block 1 (x1, x2), Block 2 (?), Block 3(?), Block 4 (x5)

Sorry, I don't understand the question. Is this something using AMOS?
