SPSS File not opening

I have recently installed SPSS 16.0 in windows 10 home but i am unable to open any of saved file in SPSS. Same version of SPSS is installed another PC having same operating system.

Can anyone help me in this regards ?

Make sure that the "recently installed SPSS" works for
doing other things. But beyond that, I have no idea.
