Tools and technique advice when mediating variable used.

My study has six independent variables, three mediating variables and one dependent variable. The independent variables and mediating variables are measured through questionnaire whereas the secondary data is measured through financial ratios. The sample size for independent variable is 60 whereas for mediating variable is 600. Kindly suggest me how shall I proceed in regard with following concerns:
1) Unequal sample size; and
2) tool and technique for establishing the relationship.

You are using familiar terminology in an unfamiliar way.
It might help if you fill in specifics.

And, Is "secondary data" the same as "mediating variables"?

Here is a guess.
When you say that the "sample size for independent
variable(s) is 60" ... Are you specifying that there are
"60 cases" where the rest of the sample is "control"?

Here is a alternate guess.
Perhaps the "sample size" for mediating variables is
a report of lines of data, rather than cases - where
there are 10 repeated measures of "financial ratios"
for every case (as I would term them).
