Warnings
Post hoc tests are not performed for Group1 because at least one group has
fewer than two cases.
Post hoc tests are not performed for Group2 because at least one group has
fewer than two cases.
==============================================
I have three groups each with a N size of 7.

I went to: analyze - compare means - one way anova

*I am also trying to run Tukey as my post-hoc* and recieve the same warning.

What step am I missing?

If you think you may be able to assist me. Please email me at:

Thank-you.

...

One step you missed -- paste the commands, and copy the
SPSS syntax lines into your question.

Also: request the means, so that you can *see* what it says
that the groups' sizes are. What does the ANOVA say about
the total N? and the degrees of freedom?

Do you really have an outcome variable called Group1,
and another called Group2? If the names are meaningful
in the way that I expect, then you reversed the logic,
and it should be Outcome1 Outcome2 by Groupx(1,3), where
Groupx is the variable that has 7 values each of 1, 2, 3.

Seems you need to familiarize yourself with your data and basic statistical parlance. Sorry. You have your data in front of you. LOOK AT IT!!!!!
