I am trying to compare means between variables, one variable has either 0s or 1s, I only want to count the 1s, how would I do this please?

Please try again, maybe with sample lines of data - This did not come
out as sensible to me.

IF "one variable has either 0s or 1s, I only want to count the 1s"
AND "I am trying to compare means between variables"

THEN
The mean of that variable (being only 1s) is 1.0.

SO - Do you want to compare one or more other vars to 1.0?

Note also that the variance is 0 so try try again after pondering the absurdity of your proposed analysis.

OR, perhaps you want to do the MEANS for those who have the value of "1" in the variable with 0/1 value?
