SF36-v2 scoring in spss

Dear all

does anybody have a syntax (in SPSS) for scoring the SF36 version 2?
I have it for version 1 but not for v2.

I don't believe scorring has changed, but QualityMetrics has compiled a
new set of norms with the second release of SF-36. Unlike v1, version
2 is not shareware so make sure you don't violate the copyright.
